Powerful Tools for Social and Emotional Learning!
Welcome to Explore Kindness (formerly S.H.A.R.K. Patrol), a social skills curriculum helping PreK–1st grade teachers create kinder, more successful students. Studies show effective social skills education leads to higher motivation, better grades and less aggression.
Here, students can dive into a colorful undersea world filled with fun activities that teach respect, tolerance, responsibility, and good friendship skills. Teachers and parents will find a treasure chest of FREE Lesson Plans, videos and much more. Teachers also get strategies for reinforcing the concepts
during daily activities, such as reading time and recess.
If you are not a teacher but still have little minds to impact, check out our Family Sheets and Community Activities.
You’ll find lesson plans and project ideas for homeschooling, Scout meetings, after-school and daycare programs.
Explore Kindness is designated by CASEL (the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning) as a recommended program for social and emotional learning. CASEL has been reviewing evidence-based SEL programs since 2003.
